Worship at Temple Shalom

Worship at Temple Shalom is a unique experience.  We are a musically-oriented congregation, and through music we seek a special relationship with God.  Throughout all of our worship services, we offer information about the liturgy and deliver sermons about the Torah portion of the week or about an issue of particular concern to the community.  As the Talmud so beautifully notes, worship is a constant balance between the personal and the communal.  At times, we seek personal connections with God.  We close our eyes and speak to God from our hearts.  At other times, we speak to God as part of a community, with a fixed liturgy, that is recited by Jews around the globe.  This constant shift between the personal and the communal is alive and vibrant at Temple Shalom.  Please join us at any of our worship services to witness the beauty of a unique Jewish worship experience.
