Avodah

Avodah social and service organization seeks to promote the highest ideals of Judaism to encourage closer fellowship within the Temple Shalom community. Throughout the year, Avodah hosts a series of learning opportunities, cultural and film events, as well as select holiday and Shabbat experiences for our adult community throughout the year.

Avodah is dedicated to charitable contributions to the community of Temple Shalom and organizes and implements several important programs for our congregants, including: arranging babysitting for High Holiday services, Yom Kippur Break-fast, sponsoring gifts for our B'nai MItzvah students, and managing our Judaica Shoppe.
